These terms are the agreement between you and OurDream AI when you use this website. Using the site means you accept them. If a part doesn't sit right, the honest move is not to use the site.
Who can use the site
This is adult territory. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By browsing, you confirm that you meet that bar.
What the site is
We publish reviews, comparisons and editorial coverage of AI companion apps — a guide, not the provider. Accounts, payments and the companions themselves belong to the third-party platforms we write about, under their terms, not ours. What our content does and doesn't promise is set out in the Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
Read, share, enjoy. In return: don't break, mass-scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the site; don't republish our work as your own; don't use it for anything unlawful. That's the whole list, and it keeps the AI Girlfriend guide usable for everyone.
Intellectual property
The text, design and original graphics here belong to OurDream AI unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote us with attribution and a link; you're not welcome to lift entire articles. Trademarks and product images belonging to the apps we cover remain theirs.
Links, partners and money
Many outbound links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. You deserve to know that up front, which is why it has its own page: the Affiliate Disclosure. We can't vouch for the content or practices of any external site you reach from here.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep coverage accurate and current, but we provide the site "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your own country grants protections that cannot be set aside.
